Elmo Rietschle is expanding its PureVac Systems portfolio to include a larger size range of oil sealed rotary vane pumps and dry running rotary claw pumps. Its existing modular base mount package offering now includes larger VCS and VLR Claw pumps with expanded performance capabilities, permitting opportunities to quote into more applications.
The company has also developed multi-pump configuration options within a compact, robust and simple to operate tank mount package designed for a multitude of vacuum applications. This means the PureVac Systems now have the capability of providing flows up to 424 cfm.

The PureVac Vacuum Systems are designed around the trusted VCS and VLR vacuum pumps Elmo Rietschle’s customers have grown to rely upon. The PureVac isn’t just about performance and reliability; it’s about giving customers efficiency, redundancy and flexibility with a scalable system that is designed to grow along with you. The Base Mount PureVac offers duplex, triplex and quadplex modules and the Tank Mount PureVac offers simplex, duplex and triplex configurations, providing multiple factory built package options.

The PureVac Vacuum System was designed for cost-effective installation and hassle-free serviceability. The modular design of the base mount system, and the flexibility of one, two or three pump options on the tank mount system allows customers to configure a vacuum system that fits within their footprint and performs to their peak demand.
Where customers currently have multiple pumps hooked up at point-of-use locations, the PureVac system can provide a solution for a centralized vacuum location, allowing for efficient operation with less down time, effectively saving money on energy and maintenance labor.
The optional addition of the company’s PredictER preventative maintenance monitoring package provides real time feedback for high discharge temperature, oil quality and vibration monitoring. The PredictER option is ideal for harsh environments, requiring frequent oil changes.
The PureVac Vacuum System comes with a standard warranty consisting of 12 months from the date of initial use or 18 months from date of shipment from the manufacturing facility, whichever comes first. The warranty covers all major components shipped on the package from the factory.
